Our country estate is located in the green heart of Italy, in a unique cultural landscape.
The estate ‘Val di Rampo’ with the annex ‘Cà di Mora’, which has been in our possession since 1982, covers approx. 5 hectares and is idyllically situated in the middle of an olive grove with terraces and the surrounding oak woods in the Umbrian hilly landscape.
CÀ DI MORA
Above the main house (private) is the holiday cottage Cà di Mora (50 sqm), which has been lovingly renovated and furnished.
The covered terrace (approx. 100 square metres) around the cottage provides shade and preserves the personal atmosphere with a newly furnished private lounge area overlooking the olive groves.
Cà di Mora consists of a bedroom (double bed), kitchen furnished to modern standards, living room with sofa bed and bathroom (renovated 2024).
Maximum occupancy: 3 persons
The well-kept park surrounding the two houses with its natural pond offers various relaxation areas and a spacious swimming pool (diameter 9m - from May to mid-September) refreshes you on hot summer days or can be enjoyed from the hammock.
The villages of Lisciano Niccone (Umbria) and Mercatale di Cortona (Tuscany) are well stocked with groceries. Both villages are approx. 4 km away. In Mercatale you will also find ATMs, hairdressers, pizzerias, a restaurant and a petrol station.
There is also a tennis court here. Surfing and sailing are possible on Lake Trasimeno (15 km). Those interested in art and culture can take excursions to Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Orvieto, Pienza, Gubbio, Siena, Montepulciano (50 - 70 km), Florence and Rome (150 km).
Great bike tours can be started directly from our property, both by mountain bike and road bike.
